Since 1997, the Fourtissimo String Quartet has been bringing the beauty of live string music to life across Northern California. From intimate gatherings and elegant weddings to celebrations of life and grand receptions, we have provided music that enhances every occasion with grace and style.

Comprised of four professional musicians who also perform with leading orchestras and ensembles throughout the Greater Sacramento region, our quartet combines artistry with experience. We collaborate closely with each client to craft the perfect musical atmosphere, selecting from our extensive repertoire that spans centuries—from beloved classical masterpieces and iconic Broadway melodies to contemporary favorites and pop arrangements.

RATES
$900 = first hour (one-hour minimum)
+$400 = each additional hour
For weddings it is very typical for the client to hire us for the ceremony as well as the cocktail hour, which usually retains us for two hours. Catholic weddings tend to run longer than one hour so we suggest retaining us for 90 minutes for the ceremony alone.​
Events 45 miles or farther from the California State Capitol building require an additional travel fee. Please inquire for a quote.
BOOKING
After determining if we are available to perform for your event, you will need to fill out a contract of engagement which spells out all details of the event, including location, date/time of the event, financial obligations, policies, and all pertinent details about your event.
